This website, bhagwanparshuram.org, is run by Vipra Foundation for the Statue of Strength project at Shri Parshuram Kund, Arunachal Pradesh. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or donate, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
Who we are
Vipra Foundation, a society registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961 (registration no. SO172368 of 2010–11, PAN AAAAV8235H), Keshar Kunj, 19/1A Roy Street, Kolkata 700020.
What we collect
When you donate, we collect the details you enter in the donation form:
- your full name, mobile number and email address;
- your PAN, address, city, state and PIN code, if you give your PAN for an 80G certificate;
- your Vipra Foundation zone, if you choose one;
- the amount, the date and the payment reference;
- your declaration that you are an Indian citizen donating your own money.
We also record the IP address a donation is made from, to prevent misuse of the form.
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net-banking password. Razorpay handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To process and record your donation and show you its receipt number.
- To file the statement of donations with the Income Tax Department and issue your 80G certificate, as the law requires.
- To contact you about your donation, for example to correct a PAN or confirm a refund.
- To keep our accounts and have them audited.
We do not sell your details. We do not share them with anyone for marketing.
Who we share it with
We share your details only:
- with Razorpay, to process the payment;
- with the Income Tax Department, for statutory filings;
- with our auditors;
- with authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Donation records are kept for as long as tax and audit laws require us to keep accounts. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
The public pages of this site use no advertising or tracking cookies. Razorpay's payment window may set cookies it needs to complete a payment. The Foundation's staff area uses a sign-in cookie.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Donation records are kept on our own server. Only authorised Foundation staff can see them, after signing in, and every change is logged.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or to correct them. Correcting your name or PAN matters for your 80G certificate. Write to viprafoundation@gmail.com and include the receipt number shown after your donation.
