दान की शर्तेंTerms of Donation
These terms apply to donations made through bhagwanparshuram.org to Vipra Foundation for the Statue of Strength project at Shri Parshuram Kund. By donating, you accept them.
What your donation supports
Donations go to Vipra Foundation for the Statue of Strength project. The project covers the 51-foot bronze statue of Bhagwan Parshuram and the allied works and activities in and around Shri Parshuram Kund. Donations are used only for the Foundation's charitable work. Our accounts are audited every year by an independent chartered accountant.
Who can donate
Only Indian citizens can donate, from their own money. This includes Indian citizens living abroad. At present we cannot accept donations from foreign citizens, including OCI cardholders, or from foreign organisations or foreign sources. When you donate, you confirm that you are an Indian citizen.
Your details
Please give your name exactly as it appears on your PAN, along with a correct PAN and address. Your 80G certificate is issued on the basis of these details. We cannot be responsible for a deduction lost because of wrong details.
Tax benefit (80G)
Vipra Foundation is approved under section 80G (approval no. AAAAV8235H25KL02, assessment years 2027–28 to 2031–32). If you file your return under the old tax regime, you may be able to deduct 50% of your donation, within the limits of the law.
After the financial year ends, we file a statement of donations with the Income Tax Department by 31 May. Your donation certificate (Form 114, earlier Form 10BE) is issued after that filing. Please check your eligibility with your tax adviser.
Amounts and payment
The smallest online donation is ₹100. A single online payment can be up to ₹5,00,000. For larger amounts, or for a cheque or bank transfer, contact us.
Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian rupees, by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. After a successful payment, you see a receipt number on screen, and Razorpay emails you a payment receipt.
Nothing in return
A donation is a voluntary gift. It is not a payment for goods or services, and it gives no rights in the project.
Refunds
Donations are normally not refunded. Our refund and cancellation policy explains the exceptions, such as a duplicate payment or a wrong amount.
Beware of fraud
Vipra Foundation never asks for donations into a personal bank account, UPI ID or wallet. Office bearers and volunteers are not authorised to collect money in their own names. If anyone asks you to do this, please report it to us.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata have jurisdiction. We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you donate applies to your donation.
