Donations to Vipra Foundation are voluntary gifts and are normally not refunded or cancelled once the payment is complete. We make an exception in the cases below.

Paid twice or entered the wrong amount

Write to viprafoundation@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment. Include:

• your name and mobile number;
• the receipt number;
• the Razorpay payment ID;
• what went wrong.

Once we confirm the error, we refund the amount to the account or card you paid from, within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Money deducted but payment failed

If money left your account but the payment did not complete, your bank or Razorpay usually reverses it on its own within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not come back after that, write to us with the transaction details and we will follow it up with Razorpay.

80G certificate

No 80G certificate is issued for an amount that has been refunded.
